Video Recording Tips
Start the video with your name and tell us what AFSCME council or local you're a member of.
Tell us your personal AFSCME story or experience: think about a time when you demanded respect in the workplace or fought to improve working conditions or a story about someone you helped in your work.
Record the video on a mobile device with a front-facing camera. You can also ask someone to hold the device for you.
Hold the device still or prop it against a wall, book, or another object.
Make sure your face is centered on the screen.
Speak clearly yet forcefully: be sure to enunciate.
