Tell Your Remote Work Story
How will this mandate affect you, your family, your co-workers, and your community?
We Never Quit—But We Need Policies That Work
Governor DeWine’s Executive Order mandating a return to the office is creating real challenges for public workers like us. OCSEA members never quit on our communities—we’ve adapted, innovated, and continued delivering quality services, often made more efficient through remote work. Now, a sudden end to remote options threatens to upend our lives, disrupt our work, and impact the people we serve.
How will this mandate affect you, your family, your co-workers, and your community? Share your story in a short video and help us fight for fair policies that put workers and the public first.
